Introducing Cornwall & Seaway Valley

In the eastern corner of The Great Waterway, Cornwall and Seaway Valley is rich in history, stunning scenery, and is an excellent Ontario cycling destination.

With 36 historic sites and museums, 12 golf courses, 19 annual festivals including the Glengarry Highland Games and Kinsmen Cornwall Lift-Off, Cornwall and Seaway Valley is full of excitement.   The area boasts live entertainment and theatre, over 10 nature trails for hiking, birding or photography, auto racing, and interactive history at Upper Canada Village and the Historic Cornwall Jail.  Rent a canoe or bring your own boat and dock at one of the many marinas.   The fishing is great whether you prefer relaxing or are feeling competitive. In short, no matter what you’re after, Cornwall tours has something for everyone.

If you enjoy cycling the Waterfront Trail is recognized as one of the best cycle routes in Canada by Adventure Cyclist.  You will enjoy a well-kept route, fantastic wildlife, and plenty of interesting stops along the way –great for exploring Ontario.

The Akwesasne Mohawk Reserve is only minutes from Cornwall.   Take this opportunity to visit the Ronathahon:ni Cultural Centre and see firsthand the artefacts, hear the stories, and see artisans at work.

With this much on offer, it’s not Cornwall touring, ‘what to see and do’, it’s what don’t they have to see and do?
